When HCP takes on an issue, we're
able to see it from all sides, with input from
all parts of New York State. HCP offers
advocacy and a stronger voice at the local
level through regional Chapters (click on the Chapter name for a list of members):

Western New York Chapter
Chapter Presidents, elected by their peers and colleagues, hold
seats on the Board of Directors of HCP,
thereby bringing local issues and provider concerns to
the attention of the entire organization. In addition,
all major HCP committees include Chapter
representation.
HCP Chapters foster effective
relationships with local legislative and regulatory
leaders, provide critical information to members, and
sponsor a variety of special events and activities.
Chapter meetings are held regularly, and provide members
with the opportunity to discuss issues in their local
environment.
There is no obligation for HCP members to
join a local Chapter; however, an organization must be a
member of HCP in order to be eligible for Chapter
membership. Each Chapter sets a nominal dues fee to
cover local operating expenses. These dues are in
addition to dues for membership in HCP.
