Erin Blakeborough joined the East Greenbush-based state wide trade association as senior associate for research & information. Previously, she was a policy analyst for the Center for Disability rights.
Margaret Clark was named assistant director of public policy. Most recently, she worked in the State Assembly as associate counselor in the Assembly Minority Counsel's Office and earlier, legislative analyst in the Minority Office of Research and Program Development.
Regina Luttrell was named assistant director of marketing and public relations. Previously, she was director of marketing & communications at the Albany Academies.
Claudia Powers joined as director of marketing. Previously, she was director of marketing and membership development at the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State.
Travis Wattie joined as senior associate for public policy & communications. Previously, he worked for the State Assembly as senior coordinator in the office of Minority Leader James Tedisco.
Anthony Zullo was named project coordinator at HCP affiliate community Health Care Services Foundation Inc.

Glenn Lefebvre joined the New York State Association of Health Care Providers in Albany as vice president of
public policy. As such, Lefebvre oversees the association's public policy program including legislative and
regulatory advocacy, development of grass-roots lobbying campaigns and other responsibilities. Lefebvre was
previously director of the office of intergovernmental relations at the New York State Bar Association. He
retired from the stat Health Department in 2004 after nearly 20 years as legislative counsel.
