Directions to HCP/CHC and the ELM Community Conference Center

The ELM Community Conference Center is CHC's new state-of-the-art training facility located in the offices of HCP/CHC at 99 Troy Road, Suite 200, East Greenbush, NY 12061.

From Albany and points west: take Interstate 90-East to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn right at end of ramp and go two-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Park in back and go to the second floor.

From Saratoga Springs and points north: take Interstate 87-South to Exit 1E, Interstate 90-East to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn right at end of ramp and go two-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Park in back and go to the second floor.

From New York City and points south: take New York Thruway (I-87-North) to Exit 23-Albany. After toll booth, go straight ahead to Interstate 787-North. At intersection with I-90, stay right for I-90 East-Boston. Go to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn right at end of ramp and go two-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Park in back and go to the second floor.

From Massachusetts and points east: take Mass Turnpike to New York Thruway, Berkshire Spur to Exit B-1-Albany, Rensselaer. After toll booth go straight ahead to Interstate 90-West. Go to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn left at end of ramp and go four-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Park in back and go to the second floor.
