Directions to CHC/HCP

From Albany and points west:

Take Interstate 90-East to Exit 5A (Corporate Woods). Proceed straight on Corporate Woods Blvd. for .8 mile. At the traffic light, turn left and then take an immediate right into the visitor parking lot at 20 Corporate Woods. Additional parking is in the back of the building. CHC offices are on the second floor.

From Saratoga Springs and points north:

Take Interstate 87-South to Exit 1E, Interstate 90-East to Exit 5A (Corporate Woods). Proceed straight on Corporate Woods Blvd. for .8 mile. At the traffic light, turn left and then take an immediate right into the visitor parking lot at 20 Corporate Woods. Additional parking is in the back of the building. From New York City and points south:

Take New York Thruway (I-87-North) to Exit 23-Albany. After toll booth, go straight ahead to Interstate 787-North. At intersection with Interstate 90, stay right for Interstate 90 East-Boston. Go to Exit 5A (Corporate Woods). Proceed straight on Corporate Woods Blvd. for .8 mile. At the traffic light, turn left and then take an immediate right into the visitor parking lot at 20 Corporate Woods. Additional parking is in the back of the building. From Massachusetts and points east:

Take Mass Turnpike to New York Thruway, Berkshire Spur to Exit B-1-Albany, Rensselaer. After toll booth go straight ahead to Interstate 90-West. Go to Exit 5A (Corporate Woods). Proceed straight on Corporate Woods Blvd. for .8 mile. At the traffic light, turn left and then take an immediate right into the visitor parking lot at 20 Corporate Woods. Additional parking is in the back of the building.
