Center for Health Workforce Studies
The State University of New York (SUNY) University at Albany’s (UAlbany) Center for Health Workforce Studies (CHWS) will share insights derived from their annual healthcare workforce survey to help illustrate the workforce recruitment and retention challenges faced by the state’s home care sector. UAlbany’s CHWS collects information regarding home care’s recruitment and retention difficulties and invites home care providers to share in a presentation of the data and potential strategies for addressing these critical issues.
