The scholarship was established in memory of Edna Lauterbach, RN, a long-time leader in the home care industry. The fund is sponsored by Community Health Care Services Foundation, Inc. (CHC), an affiliate of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP) and is designed to help New York State nurses who are looking to advance their careers in the home care industry.
This prestigious award program recognizes the work, caring and dedication of home health aides, personal care aides, RNs, LPNs, social workers, occupational therapists and physical therapists.
