HCP's Heroes in the Home program is designed to recognize and honor those who provide care in the home and to increase public awareness of home care and its workers.
Each year, HCP member agencies nominate individuals for these prestigious awards. Finalists are determined by an advisory board consisting of nationally recognized industry and health policy leaders.
