Directions to HCP/CHC and HCP Conference Facilities

From Albany and points west:

Take Interstate 90-East to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn right at end of ramp and go two-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Parking is in the back of the building. HCP/CHC offices are on the second floor.

From Saratoga Springs and points north:

Take Interstate 87-South to Exit 1E, Interstate 90-East to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn right at end of ramp and go two-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Parking is in the back of the building. HCP/CHC offices are on the second floor.

From New York City and points south:

Take New York Thruway (I-87-North) to Exit 23-Albany. After toll booth, go straight ahead to Interstate 787-North. At intersection with Interstate 90, stay right for Interstate 90 East-Boston. Go to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn right at end of ramp and go two-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Parking is in the back of the building. HCP/CHC offices are on the second floor.

From Massachusetts and points east:

Take Mass Turnpike to New York Thruway, Berkshire Spur to Exit B-1-Albany, Rensselaer. After toll booth go straight ahead to Interstate 90-West. Go to Exit 9 (Route 4, East Greenbush). Turn left at end of ramp and go four-tenths of a mile to the "Rose & Kiernan" building on your right. Parking is in the back of the building. HCP/CHC offices are on the second floor.
