Founded in 1974, the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP) is a statewide trade association representing home and community-based care providers through advocacy, information and education.
Through an active membership and network of regional Chapters, HCP has built a powerful association that is recognized as the reliable source of information about the home care industry.
