About HCP

Founded in 1974, the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP) is a statewide trade association representing home and community-based care providers through advocacy, information and education.

HCP is supported by a strong, active membership

Through an active membership and network of regional Chapters, HCP has built a powerful association that is recognized as the reliable source of information about the home care industry.

Provider Members
HCP represents over 500 home and community-based care offices across New York State, including:
    Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs)
    Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs)
    Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs)
    Hospices

Associate/Allied Members
HCP has an active group of Associate/Allied members who deliver products and services specifically designed to meet the needs of home and community-based care providers.

Health Related Organization (HRO) Members
HRO members are organizations that deliver or arrange for health-related services in the home or community.
