East Greenbush, NY - In celebration of November being National Home Care and Hospice Awareness Month, State Senator Dean G. Skelos (R-Rockville Centre) issued a proclamation honoring the dedication of thousands of New York home and community-based workers in addition to the work of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP), which represents home care and hospice agencies across the State.
