HCP Honors Heroes in the Home ™ From Across New York State
The New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP) is pleased to recognize over 100 home care Heroes in the Home™ for their dedication and commitment to caring for elderly, disabled, and chronically-ill New Yorkers. HCP’s annual Heroes in the Home recognition program recognizes professional and paraprofessional home care providers from all regions of the State.
Every day, thousands of home and personal care aides, nurses, therapists, and office staff coordinate and deliver home and community-based care services. Home care providers make it possible for loved ones to remain in the comfort and security of their own homes. HCP expresses it deepest appreciation to all home care workers, and especially the Heroes in the Home honorees.
Heroes in the Home honorees were recognized individually by their employers as well as at HCP’s Annual Management Conference & Exhibition Awards Luncheon, which was held in Albany, New York on October 27, 2011. The recognition program is held close to November, which is National Home Care Month.
