HCP will again offer its Leadership Development Institute (LDI) in 2008. The LDI supports both new and experienced leaders. The goal is to further develop leadership skills and prepare graduates to face challenges and make decisions on behalf of the membership and industry.

This packet explains the program in detail and includes a nomination form that can be mailed or faxed to HCP.

The 2008 HCP Leadership Development Institute will be held May 13-14 at the Elm Community Conference Center located at the HCP/CHC offices in Albany. The Institute is designed to identify new and potential leaders for the home care industry in New York. The goal is to grow and develop leadership skills and to prepare home care executives to face new challenges and decisions.
