Community Health Care Services Foundation,
Inc. (CHC), an HCP affiliate, provides educational programs and materials for home
care and hospice administrators, clinicians and paraprofessionals.

you'll find information on all of CHC's programs, including the exciting Home Care Community
Forum. The Forum offers training and support for home care workers through a series of audio
conferences and workbooks--all available at no charge.

Fingerprint Training
CHC is sponsoring a series of fingerprint training sessions throughout 2008 for providers. Each session
includes an explanation of the Criminal History Record Check system by HCP Public Policy staff
followed by a three-hour fingerprint training session with
faculty from the
New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. No charge for HCP members.
Note: registration limited to 30 at each session.
The June 12 sessions are sponsored by SC Health Care Consulting and will be held at the office of Unlimited Care
in White Plains.

You may now purchase recent CHC audio conferences and webinars on CD. For webinars, the CD will re-create
