Home Care Coordinator Workshop
Best practices, education, and training for both new and experienced coordinators! The role of coordinators is essential for all home care agencies, and coordinators are critically important in maintaining customer satisfaction. In this workshop, coordinators will receive hands-on training about effectively managing day-to-day service challenges while meeting the patient’s care needs. Coordinators/schedulers will build core coordinator skills including: efficient tracking of service hours, managing worker schedules, how to help meet quality goals, how to support and develop paraprofessional staff, tips to problem solve service delivery concerns, how to respond to incidents and complaints and how to increase customer satisfaction.
