HCP Conference Health and Safety Policies and Guidelines

HCP’s Health and Safety Policies and Guidelines outline the precautionary measures and personal responsibilities that apply to all individuals participating in the HCP Conference. This plan is likely to evolve as the event approaches. Please do your part to make this a safe and healthy event for everyone.

  •  Have proof (card or excelsior pass) of full vaccination - no booster required, OR you must provide a negative test result (Antigen or PCR) from a test taken within 48 hours of the event. Results can be uploaded to your excelsior pass or provide hard copy. Tests must be done in a lab or by a healthcare physician (NO EXCEPTIONS).

  • Masks are optional but recommended when moving around the event spaces.

Adherence to Guidelines

  • Any HCP Conference participant that refuses to adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave the Conference, forfeiting any registration fees or payments.
  • If you have a medical exemption to vaccination, please provide documentation of exemption. Please make HCP aware as soon as possible. A rapid test taken within 48 hours with a negative result will need to be provided.

 Cancellation Policy

If the state or federal government imposes social distancing requirements or restrictions on events making it impossible to move forward with an in-person event, it is our intention to move to a virtual format. If virtual programming is impossible, refunds to attendees will be provided.

Exhibitors, Sponsors, Advertisers

In the event the HCP 2022 Conference has to be held virtually, exhibitors’ who have executed contracts to participate in the HCP 2022 Conference will have those contracts carried over and honored and funds applied to participation at the next in-person HCP Conference. All sponsorship and advertising contracts will be honored and executed within a virtual event held in place of the 2022 Annual Conference.
