Is your agency experiencing a shortage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)?

If so, contact your local Office of Emergency Management (OEM).

NYC Providers can utilize the PPE Service Center. Supplies are obtained through Medline.

For those with N95 fit-tested employees (with access to N95 respirators), OSHA has temporarily removed the requirement for annual fit testing. Initial fit testing is still required. Citations will not be issued as long as the other OSHA-required components of a respiratory protection plan are met (i.e., medical evaluation, initial fit testing, etc.). Read more about this and view the full list of continued OSHA requirements.
