HCP Annual Meeting Announcement
Save this date: HCP will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026. This year’s meeting has both in-person and virtual attendance options.

Seating is available for 30 attendees, and only one attendee per agency or organization may attend in person. Multiple attendees from a single entity may attend virtually. All attendees must register to attend. The Annual Membership Meeting is free to attend and open to all HCP members in good standing.
