New York State’s home care providers continue to struggle with multiple challenges including ongoing regulatory updates, workforce shortages and reimbursement changes that impact agency policy, practice and compliance. How do providers update and manage compliance practices to meet regulatory changes during these turbulent times?
This monthly Fall compliance series will address the dynamic compliance landscape that requires home care providers to heighten their compliance initiatives and avoid audit scrutiny and financial penalties.

success. Each program will provide time for open Q & A discussion of the most pertinent topics for home care providers.

Each session is presented by Trish Tulloch, RN, BSN, MSN, HCP-D, Senior Consultant, RBC Limited. Trish is a seasoned clinician with more than forty years in the health care industry, including fifteen years in home health and hospice clinical management and more than twenty-five years as a Senior Consultant with RBC Limited, a national Healthcare & Management Consulting Firm.

Trish currently consults with multiple health care organizations and agencies to meet regulatory and accrediting standards. She is a frequent presenter sponsored by professional, state and national organizations and speaks on topics including clinical and management best practices, legal documentation, survey and certification issues, accreditation best practices, and effective quality improvement initiatives.
