Nepal	Ended on August 20, 2025 HOWEVER, a federal judge has issued an order vacating the Secretary’s TPS termination decision.
Honduras	Ended on September 8, 2025 HOWEVER, a federal judge has issued an order vacating the Secretary’s TPS termination decision.
Nicaragua	Ended on September 8, 2025 HOWEVER, a federal judge has issued an order vacating the Secretary’s TPS termination decision.
Syria	Ended on September 30, 2025 HOWEVER, a federal judge has issued an order vacating the Secretary’s TPS termination decision.	The validity of Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) issued under the TPS designation of Syria with an original expiration date of Sept. 30, 2025, March 31, 2024, Sept. 30, 2022, or March 31, 2021 is extended per court order. Dahlia Doe v. Noem, 25-cv-8686 (S.D.N.Y.). When completing the Expiration Date (if any) fields on Form I-9, input “as per court order” in Section 1 and “March 13, 2026” in Section 2 along with a note in the additional information box. Venezuela 2023 (Including Venezuela 2021 beneficiaries who re-registered under the Jan. 17 notice)	Those who previously received Venezuela TPS, and continue to be eligible for TPS, and submitted a re-registration application: TPS is valid through October 2, 2026, due to a court order.	Work permits for those who previously received a work permit based on Venezuela TPS will be automatically extended through April 2, 2026. To receive a work permit that is valid through October 2, 2026, a renewal work permit application can be submitted.
