Free for HCP Members | $75 for Non-Members

This session will provide a clear, practical breakdown of the recently updated Worker Wage Parity requirements and what providers should expect moving forward, including:

  • Why the Department of Health (DOH/the Department) transitioned to  Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUPs)
  • What DOH is looking for in compliance and reporting
  • The documentation and reports providers must supply to their accountant
  • How testing will be conducted
  • What the  5-year “global test” due October 1, 2026  means for your organization
