MEMBERSHIP CONCERN SURVEY- NYIAP
HCP has heard from members across the state about challenges with the New York Independent Assessor Program (NYIAP). To better understand the scope and severity of these concerns—and strengthen our advocacy efforts—we have created a fillable reporting form.
Understanding the amount of material we are requesting, you have till Friday, July 31, 2026 for submission to HCP’s Public Policy email (publicpolicy@nyshcp.org).
We are seeking specific data from January 2025 through June 2026. Please complete the form to the best of your ability. If you do not have specific data points, you can provide comments, concerns, or egregious cases on the final page.
We ask that you review the questions and begin tracking the data for the 2026 3rd and 4th quarters as we plan on distributing the form regularly to strengthen our data for advocacy. If you have any questions, please email them to HCP’s Public Policy email.
