Long Island Chapter

Long Island where HCP was founded as a State Association in 1974, and today’s Long Island Chapter remains one of HCP’s most active Chapters. The Chapter generally meets on the first Wednesday of every month, and in September it holds a Legislative Breakfast in place of a monthly meeting. Other highlights of the Chapter’s year include a Caregiver of the Year celebration in November and participating in HCP’s Statewide Advocacy Day in Albany in the Spring.

The Long Island Chapter welcomes any interested HCP Provider or Associate members to join the Chapter. You must be a current HCP Member to participate in HCP chapters.
