Those who previously received Venezuela TPS, and continue to be eligible for TPS, and submitted a re-registration application: TPS is valid through October 2, 2026, due to a court order.Work permits for those who previously received a work permit based on Venezuela TPS will be automatically extended through April 2, 2026. To receive a work permit that is valid through October 2, 2026, a renewal work permit application can be submitted.
