The Home Care Forum is designed to prepare providers to operate- and advocate- effectively in today’s enforcement and reimbursement environment.

HCP is convening home care providers from across New York State for a focused, educational forum addressing the realities agencies face: inadequate reimbursement, heightened oversight, and evolving survey and audit practices. The program will include practical guidance on pursuing fair and sustainable rates, a candid look at OMIG survey priorities and enforcement trends, and updates on regulatory and policy developments affecting provider operations.

This forum is about readiness. Participants will leave better equipped to navigate audits and surveys, understand their rights and obligations, and engage more effectively in rate and policy discussions that directly impact access to care and workforce stability. For agencies operating in an increasingly scrutinized and underfunded system, preparation is not optional.
